Our Story
Renaissance Confections has provided artisanal desserts and pastries to the New York area since 2004. Specializing in layer cakes, each cake is made-to-order, meticulously hand-crafted and baked to perfection, and was born from the founder’s vision of a healthier sweet that is also organic, with the focus on fewer calories, dairy-free and vegan. We use fair trade ingredients that are carefully sourced.
